It is nice you came here with your problems. Probably most of us would like
to learn a little what kind of construction market is in Sweden, prices of
construction materials, workmanship...
In my opinion you will not find a proper team for building wood houses.
The Wood is treated in Poland as a shitty material for poor people and
because of these you will not find qualified workers for this kind of
material.
My personal opinion is the same. Wood is not the right material for walls
and ceilings :-) Why don't you want to build your house with Xella's Ytong
ot Winerberger's PoroTherm? Why wood?
Probably you would like to know prices. To build a house like that in a raw
state (wormanship costs) would cost you 10.000 euro in Poland I think, not
more.
You need to add windows, plasters, electricity, heating, roof finish. Total
cost cof such house in Poland 100-200 euro finished and will depend on
luxury you want inside :-)
If you want particular prices for construction materials we can find for you
near the Baltic sea in order to be transported cheaply by ferry.

No aleś mu odpisał, do dupy materiał i ekipy też, ale niedaleko mnie
powstał drewniany dom i materiał wyglądał na porządny, ekipa chyba też.

Bo dla nich ceramika jest za droga, a drzewo mają w lesie obok :)

o ile twoja walka z poddaszami jest ciekawa o tyle tu zupelnie nie masz
racji
namawiac szweda na ceramike zamiast drewna to jak u nas namawiac na wielka
plyte zamiast cegly
Podobnie jest z projektami, tam plaski dach jest cool a dwu czy
czterospadowy to wiocha
poprostu co kraj to obyczaj
7 lat robie domy na skandynawie i wszystkie drewniane, choc gotowego nie
odroznisz od murowanego.
A w szwecji to juz na stale trzymam ekipe ktora montuje i wykancza te domy.
i znam conajmniej 10 innych firm ktore tez z tego zyja.
Nie bede tu dyskutowal co jest lepsze bo temat byl juz nie raz walkowany na
grupie
ale pokaz mi jakis dom z silki czy ytonga ktory ma ponad 100 lat? ;-)
